Verification of Email and Mobile for New Investors

When you open an equity investment account with Tradejini, your demat account is created through CDSL. Here’s what you need to know about the email and mobile verification process:

Verification Request:
CDSL, our trusted Depository, will independently verify your email and mobile number. They will send an email from “intimation@cdslindia.co.in” and an SMS to your registered contact details, requesting verification. This process typically takes up to 24 hours.

Email Verification:
The verification email will appear once you submit the application. OTP will be sent to your registered email address

SMS Verification:
You’ll receive an SMS like this:

“CDSL – To generate OTP to verify your email ID and mobile number for CDSL BOID 1207650000218945, please click on the following link

Verification Steps:
To initiate the verification process, you’ll need your PAN and demat account number (BO ID). You can find the BO ID in the email and SMS messages mentioned earlier.

Mobile Verification:
Click on the “Generate OTP On Mobile” button.
Wait for the OTP to be sent to you via SMS.
Enter this OTP on the CDSL page and click “OTP Submit.” You’ll receive a confirmation message, indicating the successful verification of your mobile number.

Email Verification:
Click the “Generate OTP On Email ID” button.
Check your email for an OTP sent from otp@cdslindia.co.in.
Enter this OTP in the designated field.
Click “OTP Submit.” You’ll see a confirmation message, confirming the successful verification of your email ID.

Completion and Account Activation:

Once you’ve successfully verified both your mobile and email, CDSL will activate your demat account within the next 24 hours.
