If you encounter the ‘User already exists’ message, implies that the number or Email ID or PAN Card or Aadhar Number used for registering has already been mapped to an existing registered user of Tradejini. We do not allow opening multiple individual accounts using the same phone number or email ID (both the details needs to be unique). You will be prompted with the trade code that has been mapped to the said mobile number post which you can proceed to login to your CubePlus Account. In case of a fresh application, we reccomend you to use a unique Indian Mobile number / Email ID to continue the EKYC Application.
