How to fill a Dematerialisation Request Form (DRF)?

To fill out a Dematerialisation Request Form (DRF) with Tradejini, you can obtain the DRF form from our website under Downloads/ Forms / Modification forms/ Demat or you can give us a call at 080-40204020 or drop us an email at help@tradejini.com to request the form.

The Form basically request for details of the Physical Share Certificates held by you and most of the details are available in the same. Your Demat Account No. / ID is available in Sparc our Back office under Profile tab – its a 16 digit number. As regards the ISIN number of the Shares to be dematerialized the same can be fetched from the websites of NSE or BSE wherever the shares are listed. Keep in mind that there are three copies of the form: one for the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), one for Tradejini (DP), and one for your records. After filling out the same please submit the same to our Office along with the original Share certificates for us to take the same forward.
