How to close your Tradejini account online?

Closing your Tradejini account online is a straightforward process. Just follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to CubePlus App and navigate to your User ID.
Step 2: Click on “Account” and then “Reports” which will direct you to Tradejini’s back office (Sparc).
Step 3: Click on the “Profile” option in the top navigation bar.
Step 4: Scroll down till you find Nominee Details. Just below this section, you’ll find the “To close your account Click here” option. Click on it and proceed to close your account online.
Important points to remember before closing your account.
1. The account cannot be closed if there is a negative balance.
2. All positions must be squared off, and holdings must be sold or transferred to another account before closing the Tradejini account. To learn how to transfer shares, see How can I transfer shares from my Tradejini demat account to another demat account?
3. Clients can opt for the closure-cum-transfer by submitting a signed hard copy of the account closure form (PDF) along with the original sealed and signed physical copy of the Client Master Report (CMR) or digital CMR copy, e-signed by an official of the DP of the destination demat account. 4. Locked-in shares, mutual funds and government securities can only be moved to a CDSL demat account.
5. Download all the necessary reports, such as contract notes, ledger, and P&L statements, by visiting the Tradejini Backoffice (Sparc) before closing the account, as these reports cannot be downloaded or accessed once the account is closed. 6. Once the account is closed, the client cannot reopen the same account with the same user ID. Clients will have to open a new account. To open a new account, see How to open a Tradejini account online?
