Why can’t the CubePlus app be downloaded or installed from the Google Play Store?

“Issue: Unable to download or install CubePlus from the Google Play Store

Reason: Slow internet

Solution: Please try connecting to an alternate internet network to ensure a stable and faster connection.

Reason: Issues with Play Store

Solution: If there are issues with the Play Store, kindly check for any updates or system notifications. Sometimes, temporary disruptions occur on the Play Store servers.

Reason: Issues with the handset

Solution: Reboot your handset and try installing CubePlus again. This often resolves minor glitches or conflicts that may hinder installation.

Reason: Error with data cache

Solution: Clear the Play Store data from your phone settings and then attempt to install CubePlus again. To clear data, 

follow these steps:

Tap on Settings.

Tap on Applications.

Tap on Play Store.

Tap on Storage & cache.

Tap on Clear storage.
