Why are the shares acquired from ESOP not visible under holdings on CubePlus?

The shares acquired through ESOP (Employee Stock Options) may not appear in your CubePlus holdings due to a lock-in period imposed on them. During this timeframe, the sale or transfer of these shares is restricted. However, it’s important to note that these shares are securely held in your demat account. To verify and reconcile your holdings, please refer to your demat holding statement (Statement of Transaction), where the ESOP shares will be listed.
