What is a sticky order window in CubePlus, and how to use it?

Estimated reading: 1 minute 95 views

When you place an order on CubePlus, you might have noticed that the order window closes automatically after the transaction. For active traders who prefer using the same trading details repeatedly, this automatic closure can be a bit inconvenient. That’s where the sticky order window feature comes to the rescue.

Example Scenario:

Let’s say you want to place an order for a Nifty option with a quantity of 5400 and a limit price of ₹100/-. If you encounter any issues, like a freeze on quantity limit, the sticky order window makes it easy to place multiple orders with the same details. Simply use the sticky order window to input your desired Quantity, limit price, NRML or MIS product type, etc., and click on Buy or Sell as needed. You can repeat this process without the order window closing, streamlining your trading experience. To close the order window manually, click on the close button within the order window or press the ESC key on your keyboard.

To enable the sticky order window on the CubePlus web:

Click on the Buy or Sell tab, and then click on the Pin button icon.
