Why is the GTT not triggered even though the GTT conditions are met?
A GTT (Good Till Triggered) is activated when a stock price hits or surpasses the trigger price based on the ticks recorded or displayed live on the system. In the dynamic environment of the stock exchange, where hundreds of transactions occur per second, each transaction is represented by a tick. It’s important to note that if a tick isn’t captured, the GTT may not trigger and could remain pending until the stock price reaches the trigger price again.
