Why is an "Invalid App Code" error displayed on CubePlus?
An Invalid app code usually occurs when the entered TOPE code is incorrect, and this can happen for a few reasons:
Time Change in the Code: Each TOPE code is valid for 30 seconds, after which it changes. This time-sensitive feature is in place for added security.
Multiple TOPE Codes: If you have multiple TOPE codes, make sure you are entering the correct User ID Code associated with the code you’re using. Double-check your User ID before entering the code.
