If you want to activate a Voluntarily deactivated account you need to send us a mail requesting Activation of your account if it is within a period of 12 Months.

If your account has been inactive for 12 months, it will be marked as dormant by Tradejini. But you can easily reactivate it by reaching out to us. You can send us an email at help@tradejini.com requesting for reactivation along with a confirmation that there are no changes in your demographic details and KYC details provided to us. In case you have any changes in the demographic details you need to complete the online Re-KYC process.

If there is no trading activity in your Tradejini account for 24 consecutive months, it is considered inactive according to NSE and BSE circulars. In such cases, Tradejini initiates additional due diligence and marks these accounts for online Re-KYC (Know Your Customer). To reactivate your account, you simply need to do a online Re-KYC which is mandatory for reactivation.
