How to logout access from other devices where my CubePlus account is logged in.
On Desktop:
Accessing your Tradejini account login details on your computer is a breeze. Simply log in and click your user ID for dropdown menu. Click on the profile button conveniently located there.
At the bottom of the screen, you will find the list of active sessions displaying the devices connected to your ID, along with the mode of connection, date and time of connection. An option to logout is also provided against each active session.
Post logging out of the extra devices, you can press on the refresh button to ensure all the logged in devices are correct and accurate.
On Mobile:
Mobile users, rejoice! The process is straight forward. Log in to the CubePlus App, spot the “User ID” option at the bottom right (with the three dots), and navigate to “Account” Click on your user ID or profile picture at the top.
