Estimated reading: 1 minute 64 views

Yes you can transfer your shares to your children’s demat account by following these simple steps:

Log in to CubePlus Web and click on your User ID.
Navigate to Reports and access the back office of Tradejini.
Click on the DP option.
Choose the last option, “DIS Book Request.”
Upon completing these steps, we’ll dispatch the DIS book to your registered address.

Now, to initiate the transfer:

Fill out the DIS slip offline with details of your Child’s demat account. Latest regulations have put in place additional requirement of Beneficiary registration for all off-market transfers (similar to beneficiary registration in Banks for Funds transfers) along with Stamp duty payment for such transfers with Consideration.

Send the completed DIS slip to Tradejini’s office at the following address:
Vasavi Square, 2nd Floor,
No.75/757, 10th Main Road, 4th Block,
Jayanagar, Bangalore – 560011.

Please note that minor Children cannot have a Trading account and hence any shares transferred to thier demat account cannot be sold till the child attains major status.
