To get a Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) booklet?

Log in to CubePlus Web and click on your User ID.
Navigate to Reports and access the back office of Tradejini.
Click on the DP option.
Choose the last option, “DIS Book Request.”
Upon completing these steps, we’ll dispatch the DIS book to your registered address with Tradejini.

Please note:

The first 10 leaves of the DIS book are complimentary.
Subsequent sets of 10 leaves will incur a charge of ₹100.
