At Tradejini, we aim to get your account up and running swiftly. Your Tradejini account will typically be opened within 72 hours, provided your KYC is verified and the documents you’ve submitted are in order. Here’s how you can keep tabs on the account opening process:

KYC Verification: When you open a Tradejini account for the first time or decide to update your KYC details during the account opening process, the new/updated details need to be verified by the KYC Registration Agency (KRA), as per SEBI guidelines. The KRA verification process can take up to 72 hours, which may occasionally extend the account opening duration. Expediting this is not in our control and we solely depend on the differnt KRA’s to provide us an update on your application.

KRA Approval: Once the KRA approves your KYC information, your account will be opened within the next 12 hours, and you’ll receive your login credentials via email.

Issues with KYC: If, for any reason, the KRA doesn’t approve your KYC information, we’ll promptly send you an email explaining why and outlining the next steps and any necessary document if required.

Tracking Your Account Opening: You will get an email once your account is open saying “Welcome to Tradejini” with user ID and Password and if, for any reason, the account opening process takes longer than 72 working hours, don’t hesitate to create a support ticket – we’re here to assist you every step on the way.
