Process for applying for a takeover at TradeJini using the CubePlus app:

Navigate to your User ID.

Click on Reports.

Choose Portfolio from the options.

Select Corporate Action.

Click on Request.

Under Type, choose Takeovers from the dropdown menu and click save.

Pick the desired company and proceed with your application.

Note: The Takeover option will only appear in the menu when there is an ongoing takeover offer. Keep an eye out, and once an offer is available, you’ll be able to see the takeover option in the dropdown menu.
